Merger of AFH dispensing system leaders produces new corporate identity

City of Industry, California – Dispensing systems pioneer, Perrin Manufacturing Company of City of Industry, California acquired Global Plastics Ltd. of Surrey, British Columbia January 2009 to form the world’s leading Away From Home dispenser company. As of January 1, 2010, the company has adopted the new name, “Dispensing Dynamics International.”

Founded in 1932 as Towlsaver, Inc., Perrin Manufacturing developed the first patented paper roll towel dispenser and is an industry trailblazer in the design and development of proprietary dispensers. Global Plastics, founded in 1989, is recognized as an innovative leader in dispensing technology, with a strong international presence. Together, the company possesses over one hundred years of combined AFH marketing experience and the most respected technologies in the industry.

Dispensing Dynamics is introducing its new trade name and several new initiatives, including its new website (www.Dispensing.Dynamics.com) on January 1, 2010.
