Operations Manager, provided an in depth progress report on the implementation Lean Concepts at Perrin and the positive results achieved over the past five years. Bob Bennett, from Lean Consulting Associates provided a detailed road map on how Lean concepts can be implemented drawn from his years of experience with The Toyota Way. This was followed by an extensive tour of the operations and subsequent Q&A and ideas for improvement discussion.
